Inside your home, enjoy conveniences like in-unit washers and dryers, efficient kitchen appliances (including a microwave and dishwasher), upgraded laminate flooring, spacious closets, and ceiling fans. Select homes feature carpeted areas for added comfort, while all offer private patios or balconies to unwind in style.
We’re proud to be pet-friendly and located in the Carroll County School District, with furnished options available. Residents also enjoy access to a welcoming Club Room, perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends.

How do I know if I qualify for this community?
- A background and credit check will be conducted.
- A valid photo ID and proof of income showing at least 3 times the market rental rate (promotional rates do not apply) are required.
- The security deposit amount is based on credit screening. Additional deposit, an alternative deposit option, or a lease guarantor may be required for approval.
- Employment and prior landlord references should be available for verification upon completing the application.
How do I apply for an apartment?
Applying for a home is easy with the online application where you can also pick your unit. Please visit our site RentAbbeyPlace.com and click on applicant log in. Here you will be able to apply and to pick your apartment.
Do I have to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
You have options! You can schedule a self-guided tour directly through our website by clicking the Self Guided tour link and choosing a time that works best for you completely on your schedule.
You may also walk in for an in person tour with our on sit leasing team during office hours. You may make an appointment online or call us during our office hours. You may make an appointment online or call us during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?
Yes, we love rewarding our residents who turn their friends and family into neighbors! Reach out to our on-site team to let them know who you are referring to receive a special bonus.
Do you offer furnished units?
Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
Do you have secure buildings?
Your safety is our top priority. All the property buildings are secure and only residents are able to gain access via a code or through the community app.
What appliances are standard?
Our community features brand new appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave. Laminate flooring is featured throughout the properties with carpet in the bedrooms. Additionally, your space has spacious closets, high ceilings, and beautiful countertops in the kitchen.
How do I set up my utilities?
We know that moving into your new residence can be overwhelming. We've streamlined your move-in process by providing a list of contacts that you'll need to reach out to in order to properly set up all of your utilities, including electricity and trash.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes! Protecting yourself, as a renter, is important to us. We highly recommend our third-party provider, HomeBody. We have a working relationship with them and have negotiated the best rates for you and your family.
Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer a one-year lease. Depending on availability, we may offer a shorter-term lease. Contact us today at (443)901-4723 for more information.
Do you offer corporate leases?
We are happy to offer a Corporate Lease and pride ourselves in a smooth and effortless process. We are flexible with the lease term depending on availability. Please contact us for more information!
Do you have onsite maintenance?
Maintenance is available 24/7. You may submit your maintenance service request through the resident portal or by calling our leasing office at (443)901-4723. We strive for a 24-hour turnaround time to complete your request. If you need emergency services after hours, we have a technician on call.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. If you are a resident and do not have access to the portal, please contact the office at (443)901-4723 and we will send you the email link to sign up and/or gain access.
